The taste is good. But the actual active ingredient is under dosed, 1 pouch I can't even feel it. I'd say two pouches is equivalent to one cup of coffee, and I ususally drink 2 cups in the morning (which would mean 4 pouches!). 150mg per pouch would be better.

This product works exactly as marketed. Really enjoy.
Tastes good. The pouch is rough. Like velcro to the inside lip. Powder heavy filling, that will dissolve quickly if you move the pouch around too much. Otherwise, it lasts for up to an hour. They are basically a stimulant, which helps attention, but nothing too special. Design a better pouch with a little more fill. Slow the flavour release and you havea great pouch. As is,they're OK.
I love these pouches. The flavors I have purchased are great. I love the citrus best but the spiced is good too. The flavors last a good 30 minutes and I feel so much more energy after I have used them. I think it's mostly from the paraxanthine which is like a caffeine boost but causes no addiction or any of the bad side effects I get from coffee. I think the prices are also pretty good vs others in the category I have purchased. I also think this company is very worthy of supporting because they took care of me when one of my orders was not correct. Overall I'm a fan and will keep purchasing these.

The energy effect is nice, they taste good, but holy crap do they mess up my mouth. I left one in for 2 hours on accident and the skin inside my lip started peeling off.
